The mission of the American Choral Directors Association is to inspire excellence in choral music through education, performance, composition, and advocacy.

Brad Chase

Bradford Chase, a.k.a Chase, is currently the Chorus Director at Wellington High School.  Under his direction, the chorus program has grown to include six choirs and a  Lunch Club,. He is lucky enough to have a program filled with dedicated and passionate students, which has resulted in his choirs doing very well in various evaluations and competitions.  Additionally, his students are regularly accepted into honor choirs across the nation, which allows him to visit many exotic locations, including New York, Kentucky, and Lake Wales. Chase was born in Rhode Island and earned his BM in Percussion Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music and his MM in Orchestral Conducting from the University of Connecticut.  He is pleased to point out that he has no degree in education or choral music and is therefore unqualified for his current position.  Before bamboozling Palm Beach County into his current job, Chase was the Director of Orchestras at the Douglas Anderson School of Arts and Dillard Center for the Arts and founded the Broward Youth Chamber Orchestra.  Back in Boston, Chase conducted various musical entities at Harvard University, was a member of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, and went to a fair amount of Red Sox Games.  He is extremely proud to be the father of two amazing children, and husband to an amazing woman who loves him in spite of his nonsense.
