The mission of the American Choral Directors Association is to inspire excellence in choral music through education, performance, composition, and advocacy.

Cristina Morales

Being in love with music her whole life, Cristina Morales began her musical journey at five years old singing and dancing in the living room to Michael Jackson’s Thriller on MTV.  Cristina is a native of Palm Beach County and its fine arts programs and currently serves as the choral director at Seminole Ridge Community High School.  Cristina earned her degrees from Florida Atlantic University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and in 2016 with a Master of Music in Choral Conducting.  She continues her musical growth as a member of the semi-professional vocal chamber ensemble, ESPRESSIVO.  Fueled by lots of coffee, she is also the Palm Beach County Secondary District Honor Choir Co-Coordinator and FVA District 14 Chair-Elect. Cristina holds professional memberships in NAfME, FMEA, FVA, and ACDA.  Please do not ask her to do the Thriller dance.
