The mission of the American Choral Directors Association is to inspire excellence in choral music through education, performance, composition, and advocacy.

Lifelong Repertoire and Resources

“When we all sing with one voice, the world will stop and listen.”

-Robert Shaw

WELCOME to the Lifelong Repertoire & Resources page.  I hope the information here helps you and your fellow singers to achieve your musical and personal goals.  Florida has remarkable excellence in choral music, and I am thankful that YOU continue to elevate the art in our state.  Chorus participation is not just for youthful academic endeavors, it is how we continue to develop relationships, express emotions, and learn more about ourselves in life’s journey.

Below you will find a list of festivals in Florida that may be of interest to singers in your Community Choirs or Music in Worship participants.  Please write to me if you would like yours added to the list!

On our Community Choir page you will find a listing of ensembles in our state.  Consider joining or supporting these choirs.  Contact their directors and schedule an exchange!  If you’re seeing this from another state, consider bringing your choir to this lovely state for some music making (and a little fun in the sun too).  Participate in the festivals we host in the state and together we will make the world a little smaller.

Contact me if I can include your choir or your ensemble’s events to our list.  And I look forward to seeing you at our annual ACDA conference in the fall!
