Conference 2018 Timeline – “Remaining Relevant”

Pre-Registration for the conference is now closed. On site registration will be available.

Timeline:

8/20 – Online site opens for audition payment/director conference registration.

9/14 – Senior High Audition uploads due, Male honor Choir Audition uploads due

9/22 – last day to submit payment for auditions (either online or check mailed with invoice printed from online program). Payments not received by 9/22 will not be considered for the honor choir. Send money ONLY to Flacda Treasurer (do not send to honor choir chairs!). Payments are all conducted through the website link (which will generate an invoice if you need to mail a check!)

9/24 – Honor choir results given. Directors will go online again to register/pay for student registration/lunches/shirts, etc.

10/11 – Online registration closes, last day to pay for student registration, tshirts, extra lunches, etc. On Site Registration for the conference will be available (and more expensive…)! HONOR CHOIR REGISTRATION NOT ACCEPTED ON SITE. HONOR CHOIR STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ADVANCE.
